Real Time Control Panel
This window opens when you indicate real time mode and you complete the New Project Wizard, open a project file, or after you make changes to a project in the Project Editor. After a short initialization period, intelliScore begins listening to the Audio Device you specified in the Options window and sends MIDI data to the MIDI Device you specified in the Options window in near real time. Follow the instructions on the window to set the optimum recording level and adjust the threshold. When you have finished performing, click the Close button to stop the live conversion process and close the window.
If you set the Polyphony to 1 (monophonic) in the Project Editor or New Project Wizard, intelliScore displays the notes currently being played. (In intelliScore, middle C is C5.) If you have enabled pitch bend detection, the pitch fluctuations are displayed on a slider, where the center position is perfect pitch, and each tick mark represents half a semi-tone. The colors of the note name range from green (best) to yellow (fair) to red (worst) indicating how close the note is to being in perfect tune.
If you set the Polyphony to a value greater than 1 (polyphonic) in the Project Editor or New Project Wizard, intelliScore displays the chord name that is the best match for the notes currently being played.
If you chose the Drum Recognition option in the Project Editor or New Project Wizard, intelliScore displays a drum icon whenever a drum hit occurs.
