MIDI File Support
  • Conforms to MIDI File Specification 1.0, format 0
  • Pitch Range: 0 (C0) to 127 (G10), where middle C = 60 (C5)
  • Note On Velocity and Note Off Velocity: 1 - 127, 64 if disabled
  • Pitch Bend: + or - 2 semitones
  • Assign Volume Changes: Assignable controller that tracks dynamics changes
  • Assign Brightness: Assignable controller that tracks timbre changes
  • Tempo: Constant or one change per beat
  • Detected chord names written as markers
  • Notes Per Beat (Timing Resolution): Whole note to 128th note (semibreve to quasihemidemisemiquaver), including triplets
  • Key Signature: All twelve major and minor keys
  • Meter (Time Signature): 1/1 to 99/32
  • Up to 16 simultaneous MIDI Channels
  • Patch: 0 - 127 for each MIDI channel, corresponding to General MIDI instrument names
  • Stereo Pan: left, right, or center for each MIDI channel
