How do I remove vocals from music for use in karaoke singing? (Ensemble Edition only)

In the New Project Wizard, when you see the step labeled Stereo Processing, select Remove. This de-emphasizes notes that are mixed near the center of the stereo image, which is often the singing part. Note that this only works when the music is recorded in stereo and the vocal part is positioned in the center of the stereo image. (If you do not see a Stereo Processing step in the New Project Wizard, that could indicate your music was not recorded in stereo or that you indicated it contains only a single instrument.)
