Assign Brightness, Pitch Tab

MIDI File Usage: Playback

IntelliScore can detect changes in timbre while a note is being held. You can assign these changes to affect any of the controllers listed in the Assign Brightness combo box. The exact behavior of each controller is determined by your MIDI playback device. Some sound cards may not support those controllers that have an asterisk after their name. The default controller is 74 - Brightness. You can turn off this feature by selecting Disable from the list. Due to the limitations of MIDI, the Assign Brightness feature is enabled only when both Polyphony is set to 1 (monophonic) and when you indicate that you DO NOT know what instruments comprise the original audio.
