MIDI File Usage, Options Window

Indicate how you intend to use the MIDI files to be created by intelliScore. If you want to play back the MIDI files, check the first box. This will allow you to set settings affecting how the MIDI file sounds when played back and does not require you to have any knowledge of music theory. If you intend to notate the MIDI files, check the second box. This will allow you to set settings affecting how the sheet music will appear. To set these settings, you need to know how to read music. If you would like to both play the MIDI files and notate them, check both boxes.
