You can change the volume of the notes so that they are louder or softer in the created MIDI file than in the original audio file. Boosting the volume will make them louder, while cutting the volume will make them softer. At the "Z" position (100% volume) there is no change. You can click on the "Z" button to easily set the Output Volume to 100%.
